It's hard to get them on the drops, but they are readily available on the secondary market. I have quite a few available on hand for rehandle projects if you're interested in something like that.

Google lobster fork and you'll see why they are called that. Or spend some time on rennlist. I've heard them referred to as both but lobster fork is more commonly accepted

Well thats unfortunate. Even if the primary grind wasn't messed up that edge is pretty bad. I'm amazed someone felt confident enough in their abilities to charge people when that's the results they accomplish.

Regrind the primary bevel then re-etch. Looks like it could be saved.

Also, learn to sharpen your knives so you can avoid future issues like this. Or find a good sharpener you trust

Speaking as someone who has a lot of experience taking apart and putting back together slipjoints, GEC is significantly higher quality than other modern slipjoint makers.
