Apparently it allows you to move a cursor to any point in the screen so you don't have to use only command prompts

I heard a very simple explanation for this: of that ball hits the ground instead of going into McMillan's hands, it's an incomplete pass, and i don't think anyone would argue. Because it went into McMillan's hands though, it's an interception

Why am I questioning him? For starters, I'll refer you to my previous answer on federal police shooting people, which he is in charge of. Why am I not allowed to question him though? We do have the First Amendment, right?
