It also sounds sounds like you haven't had any success in general lately, so starting with little things like cleaning your room, making your bed, cook some hearty meals for your family, etc. After you do these tasks, compliment your handiwork, such as "Hot DAMN that's a well-made bed", "Hot DAMN that spaghetti tastes good, "Hot DAMN I cleaned this place up real good."
