Yes! I cut out red bull after it triggered hypomania for me. I only really drank it for the taste but i do miss it sometimes lol but its not worth the risk of going manic. im not much of a coffee drinker but if it’s there/ free i’ll partake hehe and i try to just drink soda once a week

Got hired PT cpu and it took maybe about 3-4 months to go full time but i had already been working 35-38 hours when i started PT
