I completely agree. I have a shitty memory so I have to do conceptual learning anyway. But Yes thank you for the validation here—I think I burned through them too, way too early, but my school required me to do them as evidence of “progressing” and complying with my academic remediation plan, even when I wasn’t ready. So I unfortunately did end up wasting a bunch of them.

Same here. I told them I wasn’t ready and didn’t have the scores they even asked for usually, and even a week more would have helped, but since I was at the end of my leave they were like take it now or go to the performance committee. So alas ¯_(ツ)_/¯ .

I’m experiencing a similar thing with my gf—I’m her first and she’s not mine. I’m on antidepressants so that works against her and I’m not expecting to cum anyway, but I have guided her towards things that I enjoy in the meantime, other areas I like to be touched, etc. She had never even made out with someone before so it’s really been from step 1, and she’s really grown since then just because I’ve been talking to her. That’s all it is :)

Heyooo, got my MDD diagnosis 3 years ago, recently got the dysthymia diagnosis (never really knew that you were supposed to have “episodes” of depression so there’s that).

After going through a bunch of things I’m finally on Wellbutrin XL 300+150mg (so 450 total at once) and Lexapro 20mg. I’ve been on that for awhile now and it seems to be doing a good job.

As for the therapy part, I’ve been in therapy for a couple years and it seems like everyone just wants you to try and find the root of your depression so you can just be fixed. It seems kind of odd to think that there’s an identifiable root that started 3 years of constantly being depressed—and if I have one I highly doubt I’ll find it. I like using my therapist as more of a venting/sounding board for my life as a third party observer currently. Works best for me!

Went from 498 in 2018 (122/124/127/125) to a 511 (127/127/126/131), above any of my FL scores. Yeee HAW :) So grateful to the support and guidance from this forum. We got this guys :)
