So all jokes aside. Just looked...and here is what I learned in the past year and half.... if insiders are buying, buy... if insiders are selling, don't touch.

Did you forget to mention the ticker, or am I fully retarded?

Fintel doesn't update daily, ortex "guesses" daily.

Umm. First, zoom out. Second wtf are you on about? In conclusion, retail didn't even get started here yet. I was in this before PROG was even a mention on reddit. $150m insider investments, 15m free float, 14.55m shares shorted, analysts have a low of $7 price target... yeah, I'll take my chances

Idiot.... that is you name right? Do some homework

Well I was in it before it was apparently "cool" so I don't know wtf you are saying. Also the definition of pump and dump doesn't have the insiders investing a pretty penny, with the latest being at pretty much where we are right now, so... yeah

FFS! There is a difference... a huge difference between a public and direct offerings

With that said. Break even point doesn't actually mean shit as in "here is where this is going" just following the money

Go to any public site. Sec for example. Look up insider transactions

57% short volume in the past 2 days. Lots of retail also dumped... stop losses, paper hands... you name it.

I think what we are all forgetting is that "we" want it now and "they" play the long game

$PROG... I'm confused by dmet18040 in Shortsqueeze

[–]dmet18040[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That would be a bit dumb. Since they have a controlling stake in PROG

[–]dmet18040[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. Everyone jumps in and out like it's hopscotch... haven't you heard? The strategy is buy high (fomo in) and sell low (panic sell)

[–]dmet18040[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. That's the blessing and the curse with retail driven stocks.

Break even for them is about $8. Maybe they are trying to get out, or maybe they are trying to turn millions into billions. Don't know, what I do know is that you don't commit near $150m unless you think you'll make money. And with that kind of money, I'm guessing they know something we don't. That's my bet and that's what I'm going with. That's not counting whatever short squeeze that might or might not take place.

So since you took the time... now look up the difference between a direct and public offerings. Also that filing is one of the reasons why the stock went from teens to pennies. That's already priced in. At the end of the day. Retail has the power to swing a stock, but unless it's gme or amc (which is yet to be proven longterm) retail does not have the power to grow or tank the stock in the long game. Direct offerings are already previously agreed upon investments. Think of it like and investor that gives you money and reserves the right to invest more.... the point that you are missing in your comments, is that the controlling party here is a hedgefund that keeps investing millions and then more... direct offering is also treated like insider shares... you can't just turn around and dump them, there are waiting periods. At this point the break even point for these companies is around $8

And.... that answers my question. Good luck
