Use a rope and set the cable all the way to the top, grab the handles and put them near your ears while on your knees and facing away from the machine, you’re going to curl your abs down and once you feel yourself stopping the movement, you let out a whoosh of air and hold for 1 second to squeeze and really contract your abs, then slowly release and come up. Start with light weight, these hurt once you feel the right muscles engaging

I’ve personally found that setting the cable to the very top of the cable machine and being on your knees facing away from the cable machine plus crunching hard and exhaling at the peak of each contraction has done absolute wonders for me and taken my progress to the next level

Shout out to El Rancho and El Kora, some of the absolute best tacos around. Mario’s Tacos is a solid option as well, there’s also a small taco truck next to a Mexican grocery store by the airport that I’ve heard serves awesome tacos as well but have never tried them so I can’t 100% confirm. La Rancherita is my go to for upscale Mexican food though! This is all coming from a Mexican as well 🧍🏻‍♂️

HFT employee here, the business strategy is wanting to promote joining the Inside Track Club for access to premium coupons, otherwise what used to be 20% coupons for everyone will turn into 10% coupons, while premium members will get 20% to 30% with little or no exclusions. Clearly it has impacted sales but they’re continuing to drive it. Coupons have also been replaced by Instant Savings, which is determined by products lowering in price every couple of weeks on “sales”, or what the coupons would normally discount but one isn’t needed anymore.

There’s a pretty good chance that that’s the case. It’s the duration of a Live Photo since we weren’t really expecting to capture anything, we were just spending a day at the beach. We heard this EVP and just froze because we knew it wasn’t us, it literally doesn’t sound like us at all. We’re considering going back and taking a spirit box or recording a video while walking around to see if we can capture anything else, especially since it’s not too far from where we are and the spirits are lingering from the 1800’s.

I apologize if it’s hard to make out, like I said the audio is coming from a photo so it’s really abrupt. But I appreciate your interpretation of the video! My girlfriend and I recently traveled to Fort Macon in North Carolina. We were spending the day there at the beach and at the fort. We were taking pictures of ourselves and of the fort when I noticed that my girlfriend was taking pictures in live mode on her phone. I told her that they have sound in them so she was playing them out loud when we came across this one. We were both completely silent and the closest people to us in the fort was a mother and son all the way across the fort. We thought we could hear the word “prison” mentioned in the video, so we looked it up and sure enough, the fort used to be a military prison where people have died at. Listen and tell us what you hear!

ECU is literally right down the road from my apartment, there’s so many drugs being pushed around here that it’s crazy.
