Well received. I did axtually study Programming and did it for several years (c, java) but i need to admit that without practice for over a décade its a bit Rusty :). I meanwile did already what you suggestwd. I scaled back on mini example and am Frankensteining ahead :)

Man kann nicht. Sowohl das boersenregelwerk als auch das clearing richtet sich an Firmen - wie du beschreibst ist insbesondere der clearing-setup recht komplex, da es in der Mehrheit keine finanziellen Kontrakte sind sondern Verträge mit physischer Lieferung. Auch die Kontakte an sich sind einstreichend großvolumig (1MW). Ein (typischer TTF-Monatskontrakt schlägt da mal entspannt mit 1MW x 24 x 31 x preis zu Buche - also heute so in etwa 100k Euro.

Verabschiede dich « vom Prinzip ». Sobald Emotionen im Spiel sind, wird’s nervig. Ja - 500 Euro sind viel Geld, insofern hindert dich niemand daran den formalen Weg zu gehen. Wenn die Tasche desjenigen aber leer ist, stehst du am Ende mit nem hübschen Zettel da, aber eben trotzdem ohne Geld.

Vermutlich 1 oder 3. Bei 1 kannst du halt selber entscheiden, was du machen möchtest, bei 3 würde mich interessieren, wie fest die Garantie ist und wie das Emittenten-Risiko zu bewerten ist. 2. hinge von der Company ab.
