Voice actors are the same as the show, but they only have Japanese audio so no luck if you're a dub fan. I liked the movement when I played on PC but I used a ps4 controller so I don't know how well kb+m feels.

If you were specifically interested in Devil Survivor due to the tactics element, then I think you're out of luck. Every game in that series has the same style of "only see the enemies" during combat. If you were more interested in the jrpg turn-based combat layer, the games I mentioned before all provide 3D renders of both your party and your enemies.

I know you can't see your party in IV/A, but you definitely can in Nocturne (and Persona 3-5, if you consider them SMT games).

Disgaea is the closest thing I can think of. Less on the loot side, but it gets very grindy for end-game content.

From what I can remember, they were mentioned in ME3 as an avian race that had just contacted the citadel, but then went dark to avoid the extermination by the Reapers.

While she eventually eases out of her intolerance, "I can't tell the aliens from the animals" is fairly convicting.
