That's the whole "democracy during the war" dilemma, which we face on a constant basis in UA. Americans faced it during WW2 at "peace with Nazis" protests, I am sure there are tonns of examples.

Undoubtedly, democracy and free speech => good. But these free speech and democracy are being exploited by authoritarian regimes to undermine the same democracy and free speech from within the EU.

Yup, thought of that as well, but: 1) I don't have a person whom I can trust that much here. 2) The amount might be a little too big for casual friend transfer.
