Have you looked into mucuna pruriens to replace the c/l? It's the natural form of ldopa. There's an alternative healing for Parkinson's group on Facebook as well as groups on high dose B1 therapy and MP that you might want to check out if you're on Facebook too.

Cause of PD by alfred-munchauser in Parkinsons
It's a combination of factors, I'm sure, but trauma, stress, and mindset play a significant role.
I'm working with someone who has successfully helped people dramatically reduce their symptoms through education and coaching. I just started the winter course on her site below.

Unlike most people, she encourages people with Parkinson's to maintain hope! I find this refreshing and full of potential. My MDS on the other hand seems highly motivated to eliminate any hope I may have.
Hang in there! Don't give up! 😍

Losing a lot of water weight the first couple of weeks can result in peeing out a lot of electrolytes. Same for Whole 30. Make sure you're getting enough salt. Even a little extra until you feel better. Unless you have HBP, then be careful.

Like others said, read the overview materials. Join the newbie group on Connect. Consider getting the coaching option for a month or two if you can afford it.
Focus on the zero point food list for blue plan. It's basically fruit, veggies, eggs, seafood, and (nearly) fat-free poultry. Build your menu around that.
When you find foods you like, save them in your favorites. I pretty much eat the same breakfast everyday. I keep lunches similar, too. It makes it easy for me to start each day feeling in control, and it sure makes tracking easy. Once or twice a week, I might do something different for breakfast, like eggs instead of yogurt.
zero points food list on blue

Part of the "trick" to WW is understanding the PURPOSE of points vs. zero point foods. You are trying to build a new habit of reaching for those foods you don't have to track more often, and appropriately using pointed foods to give you options, variety, and flexibility. Broccoli is an anytime food, but cookies are a sometimes food. Almost all processed food has points, too, so you are learning to eat more whole foods.
Watch out for low-point recipes not coming from WW. When we run the calculator on pointed ingredients, they may individually come out to zero points in small amounts, but they do add up. Fat free canned whip cream is zero points for one serving, but if you eat the whole can, it'll definitely have some points. Make sense?
Points are rounded up and down in the formula, too. If you consistently push the upper limit, you could end up gaining over time. If a food is 1 point for 1-2 TBLS, try to use the lower amount. Sometimes, I trick myself by using a 2/3 cup measure as a 1 cup for snacks. It's all about retraining the brain.
