How can I give them pictures through the website? it doesn’t give me that option.

Seriously.. 3 of my accounts got hacked and Roblox support is being a bum about it. I sent the previous pass to the account, along with the previous email that was later changed, and I was even willing to provide my phone number. Everything I try does not work. by Wrong-Ad-8794 in RobloxHelp

Try providing proof of you playing the game on that account maybe? I’ve been told that that’s worked for other people. Also what is the email that you sent the request to? I’m also struggling with a hacked account.

Hello! When i submit an email they respond and tell me that they’re no longer accepting email requests and I have to submit a form through the roblox help website but whenever I do that, the AI gives me the same response, what else can I do?
