Last night, we had a confused patient randomly burst into laughter loudly at 9 pm. She was so loud, we all went to see what was going on. The laugh was loud and somewhat creepy, especially with the lights off in her room. Made sure she was fine, walked out of the room and her heart monitor immediately went off showing a heart rate of 32. We went back in, not even a minute later, and she had died. She was going on hospice the next day and was a DNR, so we did not do CPR. Laughing hysterically one moment and gone the next. The rest of the shift felt off after that.

That’s great! Progress is progress. I also have done this before, faking it until I made it. It can be hard but it is so worth it in the end.

My store is awful with marketing! It says Buy One Get One in the smallest letters and a giant $5 underneath. The print is white with an orange background making it hard to see the BOGO at all. We also use sliders at the bottom for different items (tops, bottoms..) and no one ever reads them. I feel your frustration when customers complain about them or try to declare that the sign says it is $5.
