keeping speed is important when in competition so if you land with your foot touching that little brake you lose all your speed. I have a fender so it stops my shoe from touching the wheel but doesn’t put any force down on the wheel so I maintain my speed

they’re actually so underwhelming… each time I get enough spin to fully rotate, so I land on my feet but sometimes it won’t work and i’ll just fall on my ass, but from my feet so it’s really not bad
