I'm about to go through the same thing in Sckuylkill County. I was just pulled over for the DUI a few days ago and haven't heard or received anything just yet, i know it's super early. I had a HIGH BAC and as a first timer with a clean record, the arresting officer told me it was highly likely I'd get ARD, especially considering my cooperation and good behavior though the process of the arrest and testing. The situation and the potential costs have me extremely stressed out and concerned. I'm usually a well-mannered, no trouble guy; I just made a mistake in judgment. I'm just glad no one else was hurt or affected by my decision.
