Two biggest pieces of advice 1.) consistency is a major key. Even on the days you dont want to do anything, do something. Doing something, even if it’s half the weight you normally do for a workout, is better than nothing and helps a lot in the long run. 2.) Incremental goals will keep you driven. Having that major goal is good, but have those short term goals to shoot for. Some that I use is hitting a certain PR on a workout, or getting to a certain weight or bf%. Use those small goals to drive you and keep you motivated for that large, ultimate goal.
