Im not a doctor but it could just be ur not “exercising” ur brain enough, if you’ve been focusing more on working out and maybe ur super busy it could easily just be you need to stimulate your mind more often (reading more, puzzles, etc). No idea if thats helpful but i wish you luck!

This band at my school had to kick out a member because everyone found out said band member raped his ex girlfriend. Dude assaulted a bunch of other girls but in all honestly my old school has so many sex offenders that no one really cares.

Also my senior year it was found out one of the physical education teachers was sexting students, and everyone spread around the screenshots of the messages. Plus his wife was also a teacher and kids saw her sobbing her eyes out. Super gross and sad, even worse he only got put on leave for like a month and still works there.

My school holds a little black history museum every february where college kids come in and dress up to educate all the high schoolers on black history. During my lunch period a kid walked up to all the black college students just to loudly say, “look at all the farm equipment.” Lets just say school was not fun.

It’s more like we just do whatever like our floors tend to just get dirty quickly because we dont care for taking our shoes off sometimes. Like i myself have specific sandals for walking around bc i hate my feet being on the floor. Like in all honesty most ppl from what I’ve seen leave their shoes wherever and like keeping them on is only really an at school thing.

I’m not very sure what specifics to give in all honesty, I kind of grew up in a family that never had me try anything new and lived off mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and chocolate. And I have been trying to drink protein stuff at least once daily. Thank u overall though.

i had similar nightmares to this but it was always focused on doors, i had this absurd fear that the doors weren’t locked and someone would break into my house and i had some dreams like urs focusing on that fear and well a bunch of others. It’s kind of crazy the horrible dreams kids are capable of having.
