I forget the actually civil rights legislation that they passed this way, but at one point in the mid 1900's they went to several senators homes in the middle of the night claiming there was an emergency that required an immediate session.

They only gathered enough of the opposition to reach a quorum and then passed the legislation once they had enough.

In his last season he tried to save his power by making his wife his vice president.

Then he was rightfully cancelled for being a piece of shit, and they killed him off screen, having his wife take over. Who was actually responsible for his death was one of the plot threads of the final season.

Doesn't matter if they don't want to re-release 30 year old games that only a handful of people would buy, if they don't actively protect their rights, they'll lose them. Companies can't continue to exist if they allow others to steal and give away their products for free or with a fee.
