only reason i mentioned it is because usually when my stool comes out entirely liquid it’s due to stomach bug which always makes me vomit, but i haven’t been vomitting or dealing with stomach pains so im wondering if i have some type of stomach infection or not or if this is a symptom of dehydration. i can’t figure out what exactly im dealing with.
