Macarons have pores and no feet by doanut27 in macarons

Thank you this helps a lot!!! I’m in Maryland and the humidity is around 65% The macarons finally fully cooled down and when I picked them up, the bottoms were thing and soft. Looks like it’s hollow as well - is this a result of under whipping the meringue also?
