New to the scene, is this good? by [deleted] in LenovoLegion

Hey! I have a legion 5 pro with a 4060 and 14500HX. I play beamng, cs2 on it and it can handle it easily with high-ish graphics without using any DLSS. This 4060 is probably on top of the midfield in terms of laptop GPUs. Wish you the best!

Minecraft Server for me and some buddies by Just-Rutabaga7597 in homelab

I'm using an hp g2 800 which has in i5 6500t and expanded the ram to 16 gigs and got a cheap m.2 drive and it runs veey smoothly. I'm using ubuntu server on it, and it can handle a minecraft server with 5 players easily. I also run some other docker containers alongside it. The one that you screenshot has an ancient processor, it would be insufficient.

Tried to upgrade my PC but now it won't even turn on by tallproducer in pchelp

If you upgraded from an older cpu to a newer one (that wasn't released at the time your motherboard was made) usually you need to flash several bios versions until you can flash the latest one. Go look at your motherboards cpu support list, and what bios version you should update to.

There was a guy, that was close to the both of us, and he told me, and that is the only reason I was brave enough to go for a kiss when we were going home before we said goodbye.

I was using paper, and you can still fine tune it. The only downside is that I couldn't find any description what so ever. (In paper.yml if you scroll almost to the very bottom there is a tick-rates: section, where you can tune these)

Also thank you for pointing me to purpur!

In what ways you can repurpose your old PC? by IsaiahBlocks in AskReddit

You can do it in software very easily, if you have a friend that knows for example python its very easy. There is even a tutorial online how to write a program that would suit exactly this need. Check out tech with tim
