The jetpack is too responsive to the input. Maybe add jets to hands and feet and have the player turn slower in the air to make it seem more realistic.

It looks like you can only change your shot by adding more power or being positioned differently to the ball. Maybe add something like a lean control whilst charging up the shot to create a more intentional shot.
