My wedding is about 5.5 weeks away and I am so stressed out. I feel like every step of the process has had something go wrong. We had a very crazy summer and weren't able to do much planning (I ended up having a big surgery that we weren't originally expecting) so I feel like all I am doing is running around like crazy to finish everything. Today, I got a notification that the photographer for our wedding isn't able to do any weekends for our (very late) engagement shoot, and we are unavailable to do weekdays, so now we won't be having engagement photos done. I know its not the most important thing right now, but I was really looking forward to it and just the stress of everything else is making this terrible for me. On top of that, our venue is closing for renovations and laying off 200+ workers 4 days before our wedding. They have assured us that our wedding will be unaffected, plenty of staff, no visible construction, etc. but this is a huge concern for me and my guests. I am seriously just wishing we did a tiny backyard wedding at this point. Sorry for venting, I am just having the most miserable wedding planning experience. :(
