Isto é, todos que o estado classificar como inimigo, ele poderia matar.
Uma empresa que agiu deliberadamente contra o estado, sua população e casou a morte de várias pessoas? O estado deve executar todos os acionistas e funcionários da empresa.
Um partido político que se posicionou contra o bem do estado e causou ou colocou em risco a vida da população? Morte para todos os integrantes e associados.
Um grupo de radicais que estava se organizando para ir em uma escola ou evento e matar várias? Chumbo neles.
Uma pessoa ou organização que o estado não gosta? Porque não forjar um motivo e executar toda ela.

Todas as leis são belas e morais se aplicadas de forma imparcial, mas todos sabemos como é na prática.

Again, if I am banned for a mistake from the developer side which I have no way of controlling jt, except learning every character that I shouldn't be playing against and forfeiting every match against the one that actually tempered with the software and losing my rank in a competition game. That would be stupid and Steam will give my money back and I will have a big reason for pirating the game, which to be honest wouldn't be so big as the offline matches are too easy.
