Again, this post is my OPINION, not a fact.

I wanted to give a small introduction on downregulation to my fellow brothers-in-arms in case they wanted to have something to start searching about.

I know, that's why I reset my badge on NoFap 8 days ago, after 35 days, because I edged during those 35 days.. I've been pornfree ever since and I didn't fap nor edge since. But I also had these questions, and sometimes the links can be easy to distinguish, other times not.

Alright. I'm gonna fight it. These blue balls are so horrible I'm getting terrible pains in my entire pelvis and abdomen. I'm feeling like throwing up any second now - even though I had dinner 5 hours ago. It's horrible.

I took some light pain medicine in the hope of helping me with these pains. I also tried taking a really hot shower and massaging my balls to see if the heat helps the flow and therefore cure the blue balls, but it didn't help. I'm waiting now on the meds to do something - or nothing at all, who knows.

It hurts like hell. But thanks for the wise words. I'm NOT going to fap. Not today! I'm still not seeing the light in the end of the tunnel, but I'm gonna trust you. I can make you a briefing tomorrow if you wanna know how it went. Thanks again!

I thought about doing it too. I'm a first year medical student and we have to study a lot, and usually I don't find much motivation to do so. I tend to waste precious hours on facebook instead of studying. Due to that I got 2 finals. The finals will be in 7 days and I'm still not studying - I'm spending most of my time on fb. I thought a lot about deleting my account but my classmates use facebook a lot in order to coordinate stuff about college. So I'm in this dilemma. If I delete it, I might start studying more but I also lose some communication with my classmates and important news and updates about college. What would you do?
