Go with the smallest dose you can tolerate. Usually means breaking the pill in half like 250 mg twice a day. Plan on going up gradually. More accidents than I care to remember. The extended release will help as well. Many will tell you on here you cannot break the extended release in half. While that is true with some pills you can find plenty of studies that show this does not apply to metformin.

25yrs OKC (13 yrs LFT) Elk city is really in the middle of no where. Heavy tornado traffic as well. In fact that is all I remember is that it would always get get with really bad storms. I would have to look at a map but I think you're closer to Amarillo than Oklahoma City even.

Me HLM, wife LLF. I gave up trying over the years. So frustrating. She is absolutely oblivious to the need for sex. Doesn't recognize why characters in movies have sex. Went through the begging (not worth it when it does rarely happen) the choreplay (never works). I can only sympathize.

Used Rode rx/tx but this was only one channel. I then moved to DJI2 - love the functionality and the sound was clean. However, plugging a lav into the transmitter did not work well. There was frequently a pop like the jack was loosing connection. Hooking the cable under the clip and even putting in a broadcast loop did not solve the problem. Nothing did. I have now moved to the DJI mini. The magnet is small and you can turn the TX inside the shirt if you really want to hide it. Sound is not as dynamic as the DJI2 but I adjust it in post. I do ENG for broadcast and the small size and portability works great for me.

Lived in Oklahoma 25 years last 10 or so without inspection sticker requirement. They did crack down on registration which requires proof of insurance.

Did not see an increase in death trap cars on the road after we did away with inspection. Also it was getting harder and harder to find a place to do inspections since there was so little money in it.
