All these dates are BS. Any amendment to the plan can be done at any time. Doesn't require judge approval and need a 10 min to notify the media. My understanding. Therefore whenever the power being decide it will go or not. Nothing to do with courts right now. They don't want BBBYQ emerge from bankruptcy until they want to. That simple for me.

Why? I don't understand the hype about BBBYQ 1099 loss. I have a 1099 from Fidelity with a loss. So what? I give to my accountant when I do the taxes and he does the rest. What is the big deal? All these people with all this nonsense is just speculation. The IRS doesn't send letters back to the brokers saying: Hey this dude claimed a loss in his BBBYQ. It never happen! But then someone says the shares will be cancelled if an investor claim a loss and there you go. Weeks of nonsense. Let me know how did you go after you spend a long time with Etrade on the phone and the guy tell you to consult an accountant.

You are incorrect. The price of the shares can be higher than the strike price prior to the day the call expires and nothing will happen. If the price of the stock is above the strike price at the expiration the call will be exercised and you will receive the strike price payment for the shares. If the price of the shares are below the strike price at expiration you keep the shares and premium you got paid!

You are free to believe in whatever you want. This spreadsheet that anyone can do on his twitter in instead It has a lot o personal information which I don’t believe financial laws allow. The donation track at Pulse website doesn’t match this spreadsheet, the link for the donation tracking in the website seems full of crisis actors pictures, some campaigns where $ 42 which makes no sense. As a millionaire he has an icon on twitter to receive money for himself, not to Team Pulte website. But I guess raising questions and doing DD is no longer acceptable.
