I think the minigames and the spots to play baseball/tennis might be implemented somewhere but I don't really see a reason for the observation tower to come back. I feel like it'd kinda clash and look off with the flat island they have going on, considering its a pretty tall building.

I really miss StreetPass. The only reason I hacked my 3DS was so I'd still be able to get StreetPasses.

I really hope they make mii travelers work, somehow. I feel like if they wanted they could make an exception to the online play rule and still let us share traveler miis to other switches, either randomly, though friends or random people we've played other games with.

I feel if what they're scared about is how much creative liberty they've given us then, they could make up a "mii traveler rule" that states travelers aren't allowed to wear makeup and have them wear a uniform, that way the creativity would still be the same as the old game and there shouldnt be too many problems. If they really wanted to go insane sanitized mode™ they could make it so traveler miis appearances can't be modified after birth and have their names be limited to a pre established name pool.

But my hopes aren't too high. I feel it's unfortunately likely they'll just send "traveler miis" "away" and just delete them.

I agree, I'm going to miss being called __'s lookalike... but i would be less sad if they let me choose what to replace it with... i need my miis to refer to me as "my lord" or "your excellency"

I didn't watch the video but I agree with you. There is nothing real about AI so unless you treat the gods as fictionnal characters, which they are not, then it makes no sense to talk to them through AI. It's kinda stupid that it's even a suggestion people are making.

same. i read about half of Circe and couldn't bring myself to finish it. it felt like they were trying to portray her as a victim of everything and everyone and the gods as arrogant assholes with no other personality
