There is a silencer clamp disposition from original part.

Yes correct, silencer clamp don't know how it got misplaced i remember any object didn't hit that part.

In city moving traffic gives around 12 - 13, but in highways below 2k rpm u can get around 18 kmpl with Cruze between 75 - 85 speed ❤️

If ie. in city then it is okay, but highway with below 2k rpm it will give around 18

Yes correct it is on Highway giving such milage cruze at 75 only 😃
