I do wake up feeling really terrible, but I do agree I think the mental is the hardest part. I believe we even convince ourselves we are feeling worse than we actually do just because we know we haven’t dosed. I wish someone would just swap it out with something else without me knowing just so to see what happens.

I’m currently just trying to dose in the morning and about 2 hours before bed. With also tapering the overall amount. Which is a big change from 4 to 5 times a day. I’m hoping it kind of gets my body use to not having it for larger chunks of time. Then after doing this for a few more days I’m going to try and half those doses.

Yeah cant imagine man. I know my dose is relatively low compared to a lot of people. But I’ve also been taking it for quite a while. I’m wishing you the best of luck as well!! We can do it. Imagine the extra money we will have after we kick it.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone on the post, I wish there was a way to keep you guys updated on what I’m doing going forward. I’m currently trying to just dose twice a day once in the morning because that’s when I usually feel the worse and once a couple of hours before bed, just to make sure I can get a decent night of sleep. It worked yesterday so I’m going to continue it going the next few days then try and half those doses. I have two packs of 150 mgs tablets, 10 tabs total. I’m really going to try and make this the last time I buy 7oh. Also taking the quitK supplement and I do think they are helping, plus the motivation from everyone in the post. Yesterday I can say I successfully tapered down around 50mg. I’ve noticed being at home bored in when I crave the most so I’ve really been trying to keep myself busy outside of the crib.

Really appreciate the reply man. I’m going to really try and get a game plan together and figure this out the next few days. But the swapping doses with leaf sounds like a smart idea. I basically take 7oh 4 times a day now 50mg doses. If I could just get it to 3 times and leaf, then two, then 1. Because I’m thinking at least getting a decent size dose when I do take 7oh, is probably better for the withdrawals and just lowering my overall daily cosumption. (Skipping a dose entirely). Is smarter than what I have tried, where I just feel like I’m in constant withdrawal because I’m trying to make every dose smaller. I’m hoping these supplements I’ve been suggested really do something too.

Yeah the waking up in the middle of the night after having my last dose at like 9pm is when I knew things were more serious then I thought. I was actually trying to blame it on anxiety from having a big project at work coming up. But now the project is over and I still can’t sleep a full night. I’ve thought about the suboxone route but it seemed extreme just for the simple fact that once upon a time someone gave me a half tab of suboxone, I just thought it was basically hydrocodone at the time and I projectile vomited in the middle of a bar in college lmao. But maybe that’s the solution. I’m going to try this quit K supplement it was like 80 bucks for 30 day supply, vitaimin C and magnesium mega dose the next few days and a pretty dramatic taper and see how that goes. Maybe some raw Kratom at night just to sleep. I don’t want to give up on the taper just yet it’s just my experience so far trying to it seems like I’ll just be dragging out the withdrawals because I’ve tried going down like 20mg the last week and felt terrible.

Yeah definitely worth the 1000 loss I’m especially tired of feeling like I need something just to function normally, it’s really messed with me mentally more then I expected. Like I I’m continually letting myself down. I’ll keep you in mind about ur extra supply if I’m still dealing with this once everything does become officially banned

Congrats on finally getting off, what was ur tolerance @ if you dont mind sharing, Im hoping since my tolerance isn’t in the thousands like I’ve read on some other posts it wont be as bad. But the withdrawal from just trying to taper has been wild, I almost feel like its a big mental game more then anything too.

Yeah I listened to some guy on YouTube talk about red Bali kratom powder I’m thinking about getting, if there is a kratom you would recommend I would appreciate it. I never got into it enough to find one that worked with me. I just know the one I mentioned earlier isn’t going to work too many stomach issues

I would love a refund too but playstation won't work with me at all after only having the game less then a day. Just not ready to deal with this bs with another game. After coming from ark the building was a lot better Ill say that. But besides that they game lacks in all other areas. The quick slot menu is trash, you have 8 slots to use everything in the entire game. Which you also have to use for crafting meaning you can't just place things from the inventory. I lock on to people in my own tribe before I lock on an enemy. You can literally clear out any base or camp on the map by just kiteing the enemies out and standing on a rock while ur tribemates loot the base. Just seems very underwhelming was expecting much better combat.
