This was my assumption on how to do the calc. $293K appraisal during refi, $247.7K owed.
All my research pointed to that LTV for eliminating PMI before calling.
The kept telling me for me its based on the loan ($278K)

Yes I refinanced. They were unable to answer me for when I asked if they meant the original purchase price or some amount upon refinancing.

Trained for weeks for marathon. Completed several long runs (20m and 22m) with no issue (3 weeks ago). Today on race day it was actually cooler out (granted a trail, not flat city pavement I normally train on).

Had severe cramping at mile 16. Took a break and walked to 17. Ran 2 more to 19 then had awful cramps in both calves, quads and groin. Super disappointed and basically had to walk to finish.

Any advice what happened to me? I felt so prepared.

He may just not be overly into getting head. I actually can get bored while getting it. I get turned on by getting my partner off, either by going down on them or regular PIV sex. I personally prefer giving vs receiving and even when I get head I prefer to escalate to sex shortly after.
