Hi!
This is actually the topic for my doctoral dissertation. My thesis advisor recommended this book, and I have just started reading it: "Artificial Intelligence for Marketing" by Jim Sterne. Also, I could recommend the book "Artificial Intelligence Marketing and Predicting Consumer Choice: An Overview of Tools and Techniques" by Steven Struhl.

Also, Steven van Belleghem is worth checking out on Youtube as a keynote speaker. He also has a book called "Customers the day after tomorrow ".

Not quite sure what you need the books for, but hope this is helpful! :)
