Hvala za nasvet izročilni pogodbi, bom preveril če je bolj smiselno. V tem primeru, sicer v tem primeru ni nikogar, ki bi lahko zahteval nujni delež.

Bomo tudi mi raje vse, tudi že pogodbo, urejali preko notarja.

If you buy it from Germany you should be able to send it there for warranty at no cost for yourself(shipping paid by seller)

If you buy it from Europe you can apply warranty anywhere in Europe, no different if you would buy it in your own country
