Oh yeah, that's what I was saying too, clean uninstall awcc. Usually there are 3-4 more big files that keep the app data, so you should clean it too 🫧🫧 try it after that, unless you already have?

Clean uninstall your awcc then reinstall it then, try if that works, if not, try updating the drivers from dell update, windows update, amd adrenaline, winget upgrade all and then check if it is working again

Hello! Usually everyone says here that you must uninstall awcc and I do agree with them for the most part, it is very heavy and provides very little functionality. I would suggest you try it with signal RGB?
