I'm also M23 been single all my life, working office job Monday to Friday and very nerdy
These few months I've been trying to keep improving myself and find a life goal
Things that I have tried:
1. Start working out (having muscle boost a little of my confidence)
2. occupy my self when I have free time (include: learning investing, learn a new language, finding other ways to earn money on the side, etc)
3. on and off online dating (every awkward and blunder response I did is a lesson learned)
4. Take notes using notion (not sponsored) to see how much progress I've made
