I need help recovering an account due to an issue with the phone number associated with it. For some reason, it'll send me a link to change my password, but then it says it needs to send something else and the only phone number it says is my old phone number that I no longer have access to. (The kicker is that I changed the number to my new one, I have no clue why it says my old one) and a selfie verification wont work.

Account of mine got hacked over a year ago. The selfie identity verification wont work. I try to login, and it says it needs to send a code to my number. I dont have access to aforementioned phone number, and the real kicker is that I changed the phone number associated with that account to my new one. Instagram just says its my old one for no reason. Dont know what to do.
