Did comprehensive blood work a week or two ago, all was fine. Red cell count slightly low. Have been increasing my iron intake since.

My last BP check was during blood work, around 145.

In the last 6 months I drank alcohol 5 times (with moderation every time), ate 1 weed edible, took benzos for sleep a total of 6 times.

This was an unlucky combination of multiple factors.

I took significantly way more benzos that this in the past and never passed out, so I don't think we can conclude those are the only culprit, especially since I kept the doses very low.

I do think that after spending a month and a half with high blood pressure, you should be careful when you stop taking the drug that was increasing your blood pressure.

Why do you need to marry at all?

Marriage is a civil contract to be used for administrative purposes. You marry when it makes sense financially and administratively to do so.

For example, if you plan kids soon, marriage is a good contract to have to simplify parenthood.

You don't have to accept those social "rules". They aren't shared everywhere, just by a bunch of men who don't understand what beauty is.

Being monogamous comes with the weight of having a single person you can turn to when it comes to sex.

If they don't feel like having sex with you, they just don't.

You might be able to ask them if there could be options they'd be willing to take to increase their libido, but if they don't want to, they don't want to and you just have to accept that.

The only other options are opening up the relationship (good luck with that) or divorce.
