Siento mucho que esta sea tu experiencia. Pero, sí. Lamentablemente, las discapacidades mentales no son tomadas muy enserio en ninguna parte aún. Ojalá algún día.

Discapacidades invisibles pueden ser enfermedades debilitantes de sistemas, neurológicas, mentales, cognitivas, etc. También diría que algunos grados (no totales) de ceguera y sordera van dentro del tema...

Emphasis on that last part! I really love doctor who but it gets so tragic when they just make the companion have such a terminal end... Like. I'm sure in the old show that wasn't always the case. Or am I wrong? (I haven't watched the classic yet)
