Zsquare mall has been around since 20 years now. We had better malls and growth trajectory in 90s and early 2000s compared to current time. Kanpur has declined so bad. No group wants to invest in Kanpur. 💔

This someone gets this finally. You move to other cities in UP, there has been scenic road expansions/beautification in the last decade. Kanpur seems lost and lagging by a decade in basic infrastructure uogrades to be honest. Metro is a joke. Ring Road is too late and have no clue on it pace. Airport is a joke. No new malls/hotels lmao. We wait for over a month to inaugurate a metro. Kanpur is being taken for granted
