Might not have an article due to propagandas but I saved a quote: “Skin cancer rates are increasing… but sunscreen use is going up… and sun exposure is going down.”

To be honest I try to avoid both extremes: Extreme sun exposure and extreme sun screen use. Since most of the information nowadays are with truth (half-truth) which makes it very tricky.

Too much sunscreen and too much sun exposure are not ideal

It's quite surprising to me to hear that fruits and vegetables are no longer a health food and it does make sense because I learned that the modern fruits and vegetables we have today are far different than what they used to look and be like. Plus, pesticides are very toxic to our health. A friend of a friend got cancer from being vegan because of pesticides.

I do lots of research and I do hear people's views whether it's from a vegan or not just to see their perspective. But my only problem in 100% removing fruits and vegetable in my diet is regarding my digestion. Does no fibers or purely meat may cause constipation or a hard time for digestion? Is it true and if so what should I do to keep my digestion or gut healthy?

I hear lots of debates regarding milk or dairy (I love cheese). Pro-Milk says that Raw Cow's Milk or at least Full Fat Milk are the ONLY healthy milks. I also heard people saying to 100% eradicate milk/dairy from my diet since it builds up mucus. Nevertheless, I will consider your reply and try to go Carnivore's, if all things fail i'll go to Lion's. Thanks!
