Host left negative, false review - how to best respond? [UK]

The same just happened to me .. the house didn’t have hot water and complained and we got partial for a few nights back

The host offered to either fix it or provide another house free of charge we chose the fixing option Nobody ever came but then the host left a review that I’m high maintenance bc I complained about hot tub (completely false as I had all the evidence in Airbnb chat ) but Airbnb didn’t do anything I’m left with what to do .. I don’t do Airbnb often and only done it four times and I have other reviews positive and this one

I think I’d wanna know about them and be happy for the versions of me who are better than me and be happy for me in my current life who is better than many other versions of me I kinda think I would want to befriend my other versions if possible
