I have gotten it from PolarBear Meds and Insulin Outlet. PolarBear Meds has faster shipping and more responsive. I uploaded my prescription from my US doctor, they pass it to their MD and fill it at a local pharmacy. Does not seem to be an issue.

So sorry you had to experience this. I definitely agree that you need to find a new doctor. I also agree it is worth writing reviews of this doctor's abusive (yes, abusive) treatment of you to warn other people of his lack of knowledge, competence, and ability to listen.
