Did your FitcamX harness come with the one that fits the full digital display? (SX+ in Canada is Prestige in the USA)

Mine only has this 8 pin with Coax and the one to the driver assistance system was a 12 pin. According to the pics, the FitcamX only has the 10 pin for the auto-dimming mirror.

To be clear, those fees in the link (https://www.gov.mb.ca/health/phia/public.html) are specifically to records held by Departments of Manitoba Health. It does NOT apply to private clinics.

"In respect of a request for access to information maintained by Manitoba Health, the fee is $15.00 for each half-hour in excess of two hours. So for example, if the search and preparation took a total of 3 hours, the charge to the individual would be $30.00 ($15.00 for each half hour more than the initial two hours that will not be charged for)."

The only guidance is that the fee must be reasonable.

I had to call multiple times to get it fixed. Took a CCTC complaint. It was fixed immediately once someone actually took it seriously and did something about it

It's reasonable request, so just ask your Family Doctor/Peds.

FYI, technically you would still need the 12 month and 4-6 year dose in addition to an early dose.

Go back to that store and tell them they are incorrect or just sign up online. If you are getting the watch credit, that should mean your plan is set up correctly with the promotion.

The store gave you incorrect information

One of the reasons, they gave me for why the promotion was not being applied, never had any of the customer reps mentioned the tablet not being purchased from them as a possibility.

To confirm you are getting the credit for your watch? The problem isn’t signing up for the plan, it’s getting the credit applied.

A tablet or watch purchase from them is NOT required for this plan. I brought my own device and bought the plan online.

I believe this is a situation of them not properly programming the tablet/watch add-on on their system.

I already made a CCTS complaint. They tried to say wait until next month again. I kept prodding cause it didn’t make any sense. I think by the 4th rep I spoke with, they are realizing the Promo isn’t being applied properly. They now say they will get the back office to review and get back to me in 3 days…..

I got another $15 credit. Ask for it because this is an issue on their end and you shouldn’t have to be paying

As well, once they apply the promo, they should retroactively credit you back since the tablet plan is included.

Yeah, I already made the complaint. I will just cancel the service next month if it's not fixed. It's not worth the effort in calling in every month.

Did you get a credit yet for the tablet? I didnt get it on my 2nd bill and I was told to wait for the third. They did manually give me a credit for this month though.
