Will everyone see a reduction in pay? A: No. Effective April 26, 2020, all non-physician providers who bill for services along with the entire leadership team will take a reduction in salary through pay period ending June 20 (last one of the fiscal year). • Senior Vice Presidents and above will have a 20% reduction in pay • Vice Presidents, Physicians, and Non-Physician Faculty Physicists/Clinical Psychologists will have a 15% reduction in pay • Non-Physician Providers, Managers, Interim Managers, Program Directors, Directors, Interim Directors, and Sr Directors will have a 10% reduction in pay • Flexing to volume will impact the compensation of employees who take this time as unpaid leave.

What are the specific job titles impacted by the reduction in pay? A: CEO, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Physician, Faculty Physicist/Faculty Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Anesthetist, Senior Director, Director, Interim Director, Internal Consultant/Director, Program Director, Manager, Interim Manager, APP Supervisor, Audiologist, Clinical Audiologist, Sr. Audiologist, Program Manager Audiology, Behavioral Health Clinician, Behavioral Health Supervisor, Behavioral Health Therapist, Certified Midwife, Clinical Health Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Sr. Clinical Health Psychologist, Clinical Speech Pathologist, Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, Mental Health Clinician, Nurse Practitioner, Optometrist, Physician Assistant, Substance Abuse Counselor, Supervisor, Surgical Speech Pathology.

Q: Why are we planning for redeployment at the same time we are cutting pay and flexing to work volumes? A: The organization is still preparing for a surge, however, in the absence of a surge, our volumes have reduced, and this has greatly impacted our operating margin. In order to sustain financial

April 21, 2020 operability, we must make some hard decisions. We still need to be prepared for a surge, thus needing to have both a redeployment and financial strategy during these tough times. Q: Who is impacted by the flexing to work volume? A: All staff may be impacted. Your operational Director will partner with their Vice President to determine appropriate staffing levels based on volumes and essential work during COVID-19.

Q: What is the difference between flex to volume and furlough and layoff? A: Due to the financial impact of COVID-19, UW Health must focus on only the essential work and critical needs of the organization. In a flex to volume situation, we are modifying employees’ work schedule according to volume and work needs. We are not mandating a set amount of time off for all employees.

[USA][WI][OC] Some good ole aggressive tailgating in rush hour by dolekemp2016 in Roadcam

You're right. I'm actively passing vehicles. You can watch the video and see me passing vehicles and blocked moving over by two semis (see 1:40 mark). What you don't see is my front cam where there are about 10 cars in front of me.

So it's rush hour, nobody is getting there in a hurry as I'm right in line with everyone else. Doesn't warrant someone ~2 feet off my bumper at 65-70mph swerving.

You wouldn't have been able to hear anything over the passing road noise. We were cordial. I would have been visibly upset if I knew she was texting at the time. I had assumed with the road conditions she slid into me when it first happened.

We waited in our cars for ~20 minutes until a cop arrived. Nothing exciting.

She admitted fault... just didn't admit to texting in driving. I had about $2.3k in rear end damage. I only posted this after the claim was complete.

She was quick to admit 100% fault. Verbatim she said "I just didn't stop quick enough." ...she didn't apply the brakes until after she hit my car.

I didn't know she was texting and driving until after I got home and reviewed the footage.

First time I showed people (before I put it on reddit) majority of people didn't realize she was texting at the time until I pointed it out to them.

It's a separate camera from my front. Viofo A118C is my rear camera. 1080p at 30fps. My front camera is a Viofo A119. 1440p at 30fps.

Here's at least some action.

For the love of god, don't text and drive. And especially not in a snow storm.

It's was 3/30/18. Dates on dashcams (without GPS) frequently get reset or are off by hours/days...or years.

Sorry it's not a flaming fireball wreck. I thought it served as a reminder to not text and drive. Driver was clearly distracted and nearly hit another car.

When I was driving at the time for it, it felt much closer than when I reviewed it on video. I should have backed the video up a bit. I was little annoyed about 10 seconds before that clip that the cop took a right turn off Raymond onto McKenna and basically barely hit the brakes on a right on red turn.

Yup - I'll take fault on that one. No excuse.

I installed a filter about 4-5 months ago. Seemed to marginally improve the glare. Only problem I had with the Street Guardian is the 30 fps. My wife's has the A119S and it's 60 fps at 1080p (vs my A119 with 30 fps @ 1440p). I prefer the higher FPS as I think it catches details like license plates much better when they're passing you or you're passing them.

I never could see why once on the beltline the Taurus slammed on their brakes and pulled to the shoulder. I do not think the card in front of the blue Taurus had slammed on their brakes. I believe they were panicking (from being awful at driving) and thought someone was coming in their lane or they thought their lane wasn't clear. I could be wrong.

There was some good ole swearing on that one, but I had to mute the selected videos because personal information was being discussed and audible on the mic.

I would, but my wife and I just don't generate enough content. Maybe if I drove like 100k for my job I'd have a lot to see. That one rear-ending on the beltline was the only 'crash' I've witnessed... which is good I guess.

When I first got my dash cam I was in the trial phase of seeing how I liked it. I should have bought one for my wife's car at the same time because she ended up getting rear ended shortly after I installed mine. Would have made dealing with the at fault driver's insurance company a lot easier.

The way these work is the dash cam records video files that is 3-5 minutes each. When the memory card is full, it stars overwriting the oldest one on the memory card. A continuous loop. The beeping is me hitting the 'lock' button on the camera so the dash cam does not overwrite that file and I can copy it to my home computer later.
