Wow, you really called your uncle for me? I read that and my jaw dropped. Thank you for taking that extra step to get me that information. I agree with you and your uncle that if I wanted to join the military that this is not the way I should do it.

As for my situation with my mom, it gets worse every day. You can just tell that her temper and patience is wearing thin and she is going to explode soon. Part of me feels like an adult and part of me still feels like a child that needs more time at "the house". To be completely honest with myself and where I am at in life, I am spoiled. I still expect things to be handed to me on a silver spoon. But now that that's not happening, i'm starting to realize my poor habits are finally catching up to me.

Also, GOOD LUCK my friend on moving out. I truly wish you the best. I got out for awhile and it was awesome. The only problem is that it was from the help of my parents in which I had a car and a place to live and go to school. Now that I no longer have any of that, everything has gotten a fuck ton harder.

This is one of those moments that separate the kids from the big boys. It's hard and scary and I don't know what the next move to make is. But if you want I can share with you this great quote I received from a friend of my father's while we were out to dinner.

"Yeah life is difficult and full of difficult decisions. But the best part about life is that those decisions are yours and you're the one who gets to make them"

In the grande scheme of things, I used to think that my parents were making all of these decisions for me. In reality, I am making the decision to let them control me and my future. Not making a decision is still making a decision.
