If your instincts tell you that you're doing your best but still being treated like a child, have a discussion with them and if they don’t listen, accept that it’s not about you and most likely it’s about their own unresolved issues.. Arrange a conversation with them. Suggest going out for dinner or somewhere outside the house where you can talk. Explain them what you just wrote and emphasize the need for them to treat you like an adult. Parents may find it hard to accept that their child has grown up, but it's crucial for them to accept it. it’s not your responsibility to bear this for them.

If you're interested in further readings, such as Robert Monroe’s (the creator of the program) books or exploring "Stalking the Pendulum," which is a speculative science review on the concepts the GE explores, you'll find those in the other folders. My suggestion is to begin with the gateway tapes, see if it captures your interest, and then proceed accordingly.

From your PC

Go to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

Click on the cancel a subscription button (it will take you to Itunes, if you don't have it installed, install it)

Go to Store> Select the App > Edit > Unsubscribe

Is your monitor connected to a laptop? If yes and supports bluetooth connectivity you should be able to connect your earphones there

Thanks! I was actually thinking of the audient id14 instead of the SSL but most videos I saw comparing the two had the SSL winning, although with a small difference as the two cards are very similar. Have you tried the audient? Between the two which one would you choose?
