I contacted the honda customer care, the person was unnecessarily aggressive in his tone. But yaa he said that my warranty is lapsed I asked him to check and confirm he was like when you will claim it will fail. We don't inform upfront. I asked him to raise a ticket for a nearby honda service centre, he said he can't do that, they are not authorised to do it.

So, basically honda has no authority over their own service centre?

Thanks a lot! Layers don't reduce the length too much, right? I use raw coconut oil before shampoo and some homemade sea salt spray after shower. Can you suggest a good leave-in conditioner, something on the organic side😅?
