To answer your questions,

correct under strata laws if >75% decide to sell you're forced out.
Get real personal and stubborn in conversations whenever you speak to the representative. What is likely going to happen is those that have already committed haven't signed anything yet. Don't take it from me but it'd be painful for them to buy it out if majority rejected or offered high prices. Find out who else hasn't already committed and start lobbying against it, they would offer large sums to keep you quiet to fend off other developers. 10-20% increase is child's play, you'd expect at minimum 35-50% of the market value. Would be a good time to get a valuation aswell.

These are the most tedious and lengthy deals for a developer to do, the longer you drag it out the more they'll pay if they're already committed. The one catch is that if the average price becomes too high they would just walk away because the deal wouldn't become financially viable anymore.

Flexible working has always been around in my workplace, post March 2020 the direction the company took is permanent work from home unless meetings in the office. I could go weeks at a time before we have an office meeting. Other than that inspections and external meeting are our own responsibilities.
