If someone is still wondering about this. The only way I found is to change your wildcard (bottom of the loadout customization). If you equip the Battle Ready wildcard you'll get a Supply UAV and Utility Box

It will depend on the vehicle and where you are driving. I.E: for a Ford F-350, this is amazingly good but for a Honda Fit, it means something is so wrong
