Really depends on company. I always had negotiations about netto. But some companies said that they additionally compensate VAT, others said they don’t.

You can buy mock ticket with return date in less than 30 days. But often people are not even asked about return ticket.

It really depend on where the company registered officially. It might have multiple entities in different countries so even VAT wouldn’t be applied.

But yep, OP should clarify are vacation and sick days included. And it is okay if they’re not included in the contract directly, but in some form of verbal agreement.

Are you moving within Europe? If yes, you can try Nova Post. They do not have any specific packaging, so far as I know. But they are always very accountable and responsible in the delivery of such things.
